  • About scanned copies

Very frequently, the authorities of the country where you intend to use your  documents do not require that the Embassy legalization be placed on the original document. If this is your case and want to send us scanned copies of the documents instead of the originals we will process the embassy legalization on the scanned copies.

This alternative is offered because photocopies of documents such as birth, marriage, divorce or death certificate diplomas, copies of passports of multiple business documents can be legalized as copies of the original document.

This is an effective solution that will save you  money in shipping charges and transportation time .

Find out if this will work for you by asking the foreign authorities if they will accept the Embassy Legalization on a photocopy of your document(s)

Steps if you want to send scanned copies:

  1. Download, print and fill out the order form (click here).
  2. Send your scanned document(s) and order form:  via email 1day@apostille.net
